Therapeutic Approach
I approach each unique client from a professional and practiced evidence-based approach. I use an integrated method of different modalities, psycho-education, tools and techniques according to my client’s needs and understanding their readiness, abilities, and behaviours. I create a calm environment for a client to experience connection and compassion. I work with a client’s progress at a pace, and held within a space and level of comfort, that is led by them.
Client Experience
I work from a humanistic person-centred approach and want my clients to experience an empathic safe space, that is non-judgemental, nor directional. I encourage clients to explore their challenges and emotions, and in doing so I ensure they are felt heard, respected, and are treated with deep compassion. My clients are encouraged to explore insights and mind-body connection. Clients should feel empowered in their own lives; and given autonomy to make decisions for themselves as to what is meaningful, achievable, and what strategies and approaches work best for them to move forward with hope and a new purpose.
